Director's Desk

In times of COVID-19, when shut down have become the order of the day and life around us seems to have come to a stand-still, so the novel idea like virtual schooling due to the digital revolution is increasing popularity. Virtual learning through out the world specially in the advanced countries like USA, China, Japan, Hongkong, Singapore etc has become immensely popular to compensate regular teaching-learning schooling.

More than one billion children globally have affected by school closure. So online or virtual schooling fill up this stop-gap arrangement. If we look through the rise in digital technology-use of computers, the scenario of users of the world is thus--

In the late 1980, less than 1% of the world's technologically stored information was in digital format, while it was 94% in 2007, with more than 99% by 2014. And the proliferation of digital technology education is so fast that we have 3.9 billion internet users (in 2016) instead of 1.8 billion (in 2010). Similarly, if we survey the improvement in digital technologies, we have from

  • Desktop computer to laptop to tablet computer.
  • DVD to Blu-ray Disc to 4K Blu-ray Disc
  • 2G to 3G to 4G to 5G (next generation of cellular techno)
  • Mobiles phone to smart phones.

So we can take advantage of High Speed Mobile Network.

Here in Genius Academy, we have adopted E-class learning to focus more on the syllabus. In near future, students in particular and teachers in general will be armed with both traditional or classical teaching (ie. teaching-learning process where both teacher & students will play active role) and virtual schooling.
